First update for Boardsolution v1.3

Since the release of BS v1.30 it have been found many small problems and errors which are fixed now in the first update: Boardsolution v1.31. Additionally I have implemented some new features for the Java-BBCode-Editor: At first there are some new shortcuts: Ctrl+O = Insert a list Ctrl+P = Insert a code-area Ctrl+Q = Insert a quote Ctrl+S = Split a section. That means that if you are for example in a quote you can split the quote into two ones. This is usefull if you want to reply to a message and want to say different things to different parts of the message. You can specify a description to every extra-tag. This will be displayed in the popup. The images for the extra-buttons will be resized if they are too big The HTML-parser has been improved Now you can not only paste text from text-processing-applications but also paste HTML-code directly (see right-click -> paste) Additionally you can now edit the URL of inserted pictures.
